Replacement Parts Information

Keithley offers a full line of factory-tested and authorized parts for all current and many obsolete Keithley products.  We stock repair parts for our instruments for at least five years after sales of the model have been discontinued. Our fast delivery often makes it unnecessary for customers service departments to maintain large stocks of parts. We can also supply operating and service manuals, and a variety of other accessories.
